Hiring a wedding planner is highly advisable for clients from out of state who require a trusted partner to orchestrate a seamless event, for weddings with over 30 guests and a formal sequence of events, and for celebrations that include numerous personalized details, multiple vendors, and multifaceted guest experiences.

What services do you offer?
We offer each client an opportunity to choose the level of support we provide, from decorations and florals to full service planning. We also provide wedding officiants services, photo & video coverage, venue research, day of coordination. Each client has unique circumstances and each wedding planning journer is unique.
How much does it cost?
As each client's journey is different it is impossible to give an estaimate of your wedding cost without knowing more details about your wedding vision, date, venue, guests etc. Please reach out with details of your wedding request to get a quote.
Our affordable beach weddings cost $2000 and ceremony & recetion wedding at a venue average busget is around $35000++
Average client spends $4000 on floral decor and beach elopement set up starts at $1000

Absolutely! We believe that every couple deserves a beautiful wedding, regardless of budget. We'll work closely with you to create a plan that fits your financial needs while still delivering a stunning event.Do you have a portfolio of past weddings?

In most cases we require 50% deposit to book your date unless instruxted otherwise.
Remaining balance is broken into equal monthly paymnet amounts, like a payment plan. All payments made to Ideal Events are non-refundable. We do offer date change with no later than three months in advance notice. Ideal Events is not responsible for event cancellations due to act of god or natural disasters. We recommend getting wedding insurance in case of any unpredictable circumstances.
