1. Plan the Script with Your Officiant
Work with your officiant to decide where in the ceremony you want guest participation.
2. Create the Guest Cards/ letters
Design simple yet elegant cards with the questions printed on them . These can be:
Placed on each guest’s seat before the ceremony
Included in the ceremony program
Handed out by ushers as guests arrive
Make sure the text is large and clear enough for everyone to read easily.

When you hire a professional team for your wedding set up you also hire them to deal with emergencies and unforeseen situations and manage stress and find solutions for the difficult circumstances that might arise during your wedding day .
The weather forecast was great the entire week so our couple was so excited to get married and celebrate their wedding on the private roof top. The day of the wedding right after we finished the beautiful set up it started pouring , rain went on a and off. The team worked so hard to save the set up and had to clean up and pick up the broken decor several times. Magically the rain stopped right before the wedding and we were able to prepare everything right before the guests arrived .
These moments are not shown enough on social media , clients only see the pretty picture, but we want to show the work and stress that goes into it and the value we provide with our services.
